We’ve paid far too much attention to TALENT, alluded non-existent powers, and eulogized the supremacy of Talent to other factors key to super-performance.

History and logic recognize that since innate Talent creates a natural ability, it provides the advantage of ease.

So, Talent makes it easier to learn, understand, exert, innovate, and fully exploit all relevant dimensions to create amazing value.  But, ease is as beneficial as it is dangerous.

The genotype of ease intrinsic in Talent makes Talent a latent power, an inert potential.  Indeed, the trait of ease often mutates Talent as the Achilles Heel responsible for the untimely death of Success.

From the advancement of superheroes like Wonder Woman, Superman, Flash, Iron Man, Bat Man, Wolverine, Thor, Hulk . . . it is clear that these greatly talented superheroes didn’t save the universe just because they had some really special super-gifts.

They had to work out and work at their respective gifts until they had mastered the use of the gifts they had.

They daily practised the use of their gifts by first taking on small thieves, bullies, etc. until they could COMBINE their unique gifts to face up to otherworldly (remember Thanos) Supervillains and save our world from total annihilation.

Superheroes translate Talent to superpowers.

Diana Prince was a nurse with super-gifts (Talents); through use of the super-gifts, Diana was transformed to Wonder Woman, a Superhero with superpowers.

Clearly, while Talent would lighten your burden of work and make you sweat less, it is not enough to attain success.  Talent is potential.

On the other hand, resilient ruthless hard-work can birth Talent.

Hard-smart-work, when it is relentlessly consistent, more intense, and giving off creative value, is identified as Talent.

The perception of the value of the end result is how Performance, Success and the Talent behind the super-performance are measured.

Today, I dare to disrupt your mindset!  Every human being is greatly Talented – yes, and that includes YOU.

Talents are identified by the results they produce.

Allow your Talent to emerge by working harder than anyone else to achieve success!  Don’t remain a “potential”; grow your superpowers and live the winning life of the Superhero that you are.
